At MISK, we carefully prepare and inspect every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the order has been delivered and accepted.

You are welcome to fully inspect your order while the courier is still at your door.

If you notice any issue with your order, you may hand the item back to the courier immediately and only pay the applicable shipping/delivery charges.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please return it immediately to the courier upon delivery.

Once the issue is confirmed, MISK will arrange a replacement for the correct or undamaged item.

Please note that issues must be reported and the item returned at the time of delivery. Once the order has been accepted and the courier has left, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Hygiene & Modesty

For hygiene and modesty reasons, prayerwear cannot be returned or exchanged once it has been opened or tried on.

This policy ensures that every MISK customer receives a fresh, untouched piece.

Perfumes

Perfumes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
